As an independent nonprofit, Electric Literature relies on the regular support of our members to make literature more exciting, relevant, and inclusive. Every year we help launch the careers of over 600 writers by introducing them to our audience of 3 million readers. With the support of our members, we:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To thank you for your support, members can submit their work year round, instead of waiting for open submission periods. Members also receive a response within three months, and a personal note from an editor with every submission. (Response time for non-members is six to eight months and does not include personal feedback.) Members also receive discounts on events, editorial services, and merchandise in our online store.
